Yesterday, I ordered my Explosion Green XLT with all the fixings. I don't have my factory contact info yet, so no info on delivery time, beyond my dealers very noncommittal "Probably, like, March?" remark. *shrug* I'm hoping I'll learn more about what people are experiencing, timing-wise, from the forum.

I'm in Minnesota, east side of the Twin Cities metro area. Switching over from a base-model 2011 Toyota Tacoma. I love that truck, but I can't afford its replacement at the rate they've gone up. I expect I'll love my new baby.

That's my story. See you around.

Welcome, Randall, from a northern neighbor.

I bet you'll enjoy it when it does arrive. I think they call it eruption green, too, but close enough! ;)

From a timing standpoint, you're probably looking at April-May. February builds have already been scheduled. March builds will be scheduled in January. If you're scheduled for March, it will be April delivery. It takes about 3-4 weeks transit from the plant. My 2024 I received the March build date email in January and delivery was mid April.

Oops, yes, absolutely it's Eruption Green. I could've just called it "green" and avoided the humiliation. :)

Looking forward to reports from yourself and other 2025 buyers on how you like the refreshed truck. Welcome.

I know I HAVE NOT Been after two years of ownership...

Your "Wait-time" will be FAR LESS than how things were two years ago..
My search/find/purchase was only a "WEEK". But than I took the plunge and traveled two states over (Indiana) to get mine...

Yes the demand has certainly changed in the last couple months. When I took delivery earlier in the year, the dealer was hinting they could sell my XL to any number of people if I didn't pick it up within hours of delivery prep being done. I had to do some quick schedule juggling to get it before they sold my order to someone else.
