Can you offer any details on the PCM recall? What is that related to, the issue?
I have a 22 XL that needs 2 or 3 recalls and I want to be knowledgeable about them. Thanks
The BCM (Body Control Module) was improperly calibrated and may falsely detect a current overload on one or both taillamp circuits and may cause one or both taillamps to stop functioning. A technician came out to my house today and took care of the recall. It only took him 10-15 minutes.

23P18, 23E07 and 23P09 would be the PCM reprogramming recalls for the 22 and 23 hybrid Mavericks.
The people who had issues after these recalls had them performed in Feb-mid March. Ford paused them for a few days and then gave the go-ahead to perform them again (around March 22nd if I remember correctly). Whatever update to the programming that Ford implemented in mid/late March seems to have worked. I haven't heard of anyone having issues with software updated performed after then. (My own recalls were completed in January, and no issues then either).

Thanks, I have that one also. I'll get them to do all of them at once.

Thanks, that one isn't on my list. Mine is an Ecobooost

I have a 24 EB AWD. Wonder if this has anything to do with the odd burning smell that I noticed when I would stick my nose inside the tailgate/cover bed area. I noticed it more when the truck was new. I should check to make sure all of my taillights are working properly? I am scheduling the Mobile Service to come out for the recall.

Has anyone had the taillight 24V293 recall done with any bad side effects? Thanks
Just had it done yesterday on my 2023 EB So far no side effects. Of course I have not done any programming via Forscan.

I got my notice for the taillight recall yesterday.
I got this recall notice yesterday too. I already had one done a month ago. I called the dealer to see if this was something else and they confirmed that it needed to be done. I have a mobile tech coming out this next Monday.

How does the mobile tech service work - is that extra cost?
On a recall there’s no change. My local dealer doesn’t charge an extra service fee for anything their mobile techs do, which is oil changes, inspections or minor repairs. They just charge for the services at the service department rates.
