XLT hybrid with same problem. Dealer found missing wiring harness between USB/C and infotainment center. Taking it tomorrow to be fixed. Can't charge phone i.e no apple car play

Apple CarPlay won't come on. Plugging in, using USB cable. But there is no power to the dash usb port, nor to the usb-c port either. iPhone and CarPlay works just fine in my other car. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Hey all. I believe my Hybrid is having the same issue. It arrived at my dealer on 4/29 and has been sitting there ever since. It has yet to even leave the dealer lot, and I've yet to be able to take possession of it because it seems they can't or don't have the ability to fix it. Between myself and my dealer, we have multiple case #'s in process with FoMoCo. This entire experience from beginning to end(?) has been a huge disappointment. It now sits in their parking lot with the dash and center console pulled apart. This is my first new vehicle purchase and my first Ford.
