Just called Eibach about knocking noise with the lowering springs

Just called Eibach about the knocking sound and they said they never heard of this problem on the Maverick lowering springs, which I find ridiculous. Since many people have the same issue. They said they are not properly installed if there making the knocking -popping noise. So I will have the shop who installed them take a look at them, just to cover my end first. and go from there.

Mine did not make any noise. Did your shop cut the front bump stops correctly? And are the rears seated correctly?

I called Eibach again and this time got a guy who said there were issue with maverick springs last year and made an updated one. He asked for the code on my springs which was J/Y. They have an updated one they made after the ones I got which I purchased in August. So first my shop is going to check the orientation of the upper perch with the lower perch, the orientation must remain the same with the installation of the springs. They said if this is not right, the spring will make a noise. So Friday I will know if the orientation is the same if it is Eibach will send me the new updated front springs. I will update this issue Friday.

The shop took a look at the springs and didn't see anything wrong with the install. So I'm waiting to hear back from Eibach on Monday. They did mention a new set of springs have been made after the batch that I got but I want them to compare them and let me know if they were different because if they are the same why put them in, probably still make the knocking noise. The only time I hear the knocking noise is turning very slow on a slight incline when i'm turning into my driveway, it's a pop noise. I'll see what Eibach says monday
