I’m guessing since I ordered on the 18 that I should expect mine tomorrow since I haven’t gotten anything since the confirmation email.

Still no 45-day email or text for me, but I chatted and the Rep said my order was in and waiting to be scheduled. Said they couldn't check my email or phone number that I had to contact the dealer for that. So, I dunno...

Back on July 19, I got the email stating "we got your order".

What is next best step?????
Reach out to "REP", contact Dealer to verify "COVP", or just relax and wait?

When it is stated "reached out to REP"....who is the "REP" and how did you find them?
(Assuming this is not your dealer contact)

The rep is your sales person. If they can't help, ask to speak to the sales manager. At the least, get these codes/numbers for future reference:

ORDER SUMMARY
Sales Code: X00000
Order Code: X000

COVP (Customer Order Verification Program)
Tracking# 000000
Authorization#0000000000

They may ask for certain identification and/or Sales/Order Codes.

Agreed. I got my text and email this AM. Good to see it is functioning as promised. I'll happily be at the back of the line this time...but I'm still not adding mudflaps to stay there.
Lol the mudflaps. Has that on my build has to take them off to get the truck. Put on weatherteks very happy. They have been constrained since day 1. Ford should just drop them if they can't make a molded plastic part after almost 3 years.

Lol the mudflaps. Has that on my build has to take them off to get the truck. Put on weatherteks very happy. They have been constrained since day 1. Ford should just drop them if they can't make a molded plastic part after almost 3 years.
Not knowing any better, I ordered my 2022 with a soft roll-up cover, mud flaps and floor trays, thinking it would be easier to get it all at once. Likely that was what pushed me into a cancelled VIN/Rollover to a 2023 (that I ordered without any of those).

I'm happy now with the added NAV and BAP that I got with my 2023. I ordered a 2024 Lariat Hybrid with only the BAP extra. If I get into a situation where I don't want it to appear...or it gets close to 2025 rollover time, I'll add Floor trays and mudlaps to send it into 2025.:)
