I’m 935/1535, originally scheduled dec 20th.
XL, hybrid, carbonized grey, spray in bed liner, c360 and hitch.
Maybe Thur or Friday. Sticker hasn’t updated yet this week.
You're 32 behind me on the line, mine is 903. I'm hoping we will have active modules tomorrow morning.

Checked pizza tracker today and I’ve noticed now there’s a date stamped next to In Production where before it was just blank but still in production and my modules also populated. My build was this week 630/1333

My hybrid Maverick is showing Built as of late afternoon today! 😁
Serial number 27990: Received the Built email from Ford on Jan 5, followed by the Shipped email on Jan. 6 with estimated delivery to the dealer between Jan 17-23.

6 months and 5 days from order to built. Best hopes for everyone else still waiting.

Well you have passed my VIN and I’ve had no changes at all to anything this week. So that appears to blow that “in order of VIN” down the line out the window as previously posted.

Yup, same here as I'm '27199' and have seen a couple people post within this thread (and in the tracking sheet somewhere else on the site) that have said they're showing an in production date, or as built -- but none of those things for my truck at the moment. Very disappointing! Wonder if it could be 'almost done' but just finishing things up like my tonneau cover -- but you'd think it'd at least show an 'in production' date if that were the case.

I'd think the VIN #s would hold and not be skipped on the line since they're assigned at scheduling but who knows anymore.

The only thing that needs added to mine “off the line” is the spray in bed liner (Lariat Lux), so that might have something to do with it.

There have been a number of posts saying that trucks are not built in VIN order. Apparently, the closest thing to a "build order" number is the "blend number." (search that phrase for more info)

The blend number used to be shown on the window sticker (for other models) but apparently is not shown on the Maverick stickers.

I also have SIBL, so that and tonneau -- but you'd think modules would populate if it was built and to the point of the finishing touches, no? Idk those are just my assumptions. No expert here lol

I was told 1/3 build week, Window sticker generated 12/21 with 872/1281 in top right, tracker shows "in production"
My production dated was changed 3 times with the last one being 12-20-21. Tracker did show in production then but didn’t get built til 1-4-21. Estimated delivery 2-5.

Correct. Because VIN ID number is generated at time of scheduling but they might not be correlated sequentially to the actual build week. And it's always possible for your build date to be pushed back or (rarely) forwards.

It’s anybody's guess guess at this point, there is no rhyme or reason to the process and useless trying to figure it out. I’m going through it with the Maverick and a Bronco that I reserved 18 months ago!

I did what DryHeat suggested and found this thread:
Window Sticker etc.

It shows the window sticker and building process explained in great detail. Makes a lot more sense to me now. If only Ford simply posted a schedule of expected production dates for the assembly line numbers, and if they change they change, but at least so customers would have an idea.

Example:
M-#s 1155
T-#s 1169
W-#s 1333 and so on...

Life would be less stressful!
