Works great, about 6 months old. (I sold my Maverick)
I bought a Maverick as a gap vehicle from Granger, until my Bronco came in. Drove it for 6 months, put 6K+ miles on it. Needed to sell when Bronco came in and got offers from 5 dealers - Carmax, carvana, vroom, givemeyouvin, one other and an Auction Estimate from Carmigo. Most offers were around...
It appears the goal is to let you drive hands free, without the reminder to put your hands back on the wheel.
Didn't someone in this forum accomplish the same thing by hanging a 1lb weight on the steering wheel?
Yes I did. They had two great deals, but you really had to order before October when they were building their allocations. They will do another under invoice deal for '23 models(which they have not announced yet), just not as good as the original deals.
No, I live 1,100 miles from Granger but...
Condolences? For buying a Lariat at 3% under invoice, low fees and a hassle free buying experience? Lol...
You do understand why they do this, Yes? - Ford penalizes dealerships for taking orders that end up not going to the original order taker. For high volume dealerships like Granger the...
I flew out and drove 1,100 miles back to pick up my Lariat. (while outrunning a winter storm). Would do it again. To be fair, there are a few other dealers across the country doing business in this model. I'll never buy from a local dealer... unless and until they become 'a Granger'.
You're 3 hours away from Granger motors in Granger, IA. For a customer oriented, pain-free, discounted deal - consider buying from Granger. You can check their reputation on this board and the bronco6g forum as well.
I would watch for Granger Ford's or Long McArthur, or Chapman (a little far) for their specials on '23 models. I bought my Mav from Granger, 1,100 miles away, saved a bunch and a great experience. It's unfortunate, but I'll never buy a car from any of my 3 local Ford dealerships.
James, for that kind of service I would check with the internet super sellers - they have a different model. Tim Bartz of Long McArthur Ford in Salinas Kansas and/or Zach Westrum at Grainger Ford in Grainger, IA they are customer oriented. Zach has said they will run a special for the '23's...
I suppose I'm a conquest customer. I've driven a '20 Tacoma for the last 22 years, before that a 1968 Volvo 122s (cool car) for 19yrs. Needed a new ride badly, so I put in an early res/order for a Bronco,,, not exactly what I was looking for but looked like loads of fun. Maverick was...
If you order new you are only 3.5 hours away from the best internet and customer oriented dealer in the nation - Granger Motors in Granger Iowa. Email Zach at Granger for their current deal. A month ago I picked up my Maverick - flew in and drove 1,100 miles back home and saved 5K over MSRP...
