Is the Ford order tracking site down??

I try to put in my order # and VIN# and it does nothing.. This happens time to time but does anyone know why.. like today im unable to see if anything has been updated.

It very rarely works for me, either. If you need an update, calling customer service at (800) 334-4375 works.

I used to have that problem. For me, I figured out you have to close the Ford Vehicle Order Tracking page and get to it through https://www.teamfordconnect.com/wheres-my-car. Follow that link. Works every time. Try it out. Couldn’t hurt

Anybody still having tracker issues? I had issues a few weeks ago and Ford said to cleqr cookies and it worked. Didnt help this time.

Just checked - working fine for me on Chrome. I've had a lot of trouble getting it to work on Firefox and Edge.

On my computer, using Chrome, I had to clear site data for ALL Ford web pages. On my android phone using Chrome, I only have to clear data for the shop.ford.com page. It works for awhile, then it doesn't. Soon it won't matter, in production this week, just waiting for the modules to be turned on. Good luck to all!

I use chrome also. Cleared cookies again and it works but is slow. I guess I need to do it weekly or so. Thanks

It's not a problem on your end. The tracker is notoriously broken. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. This is a problem for all makes and models to not just the Maverick.
