Wow, My B&O thumps with plenty of authority. When I listen to tunes that need that.
I remember the , ‘Home Boys’,
They’d loosen chrome bits and side mirrors so they’d visibly vibrate with thump music.
It was Badassery at its finest !
Remember the movie, ‘ Harley Davidson And the Marlboro Man ?’
The air breather cover ?
Oh yeah~~~~

I had never heard of Audio Intensity before now. I did some Googling and despite them having a decent rep on DIYAudio I'm not too keen to pay that.

I'm also curious why they have four different 10" sub models that all fit in this 0.6ft3 sealed enclosure.

Well, I would really like to hear one in a maverick.
Hell, I would like to hear any Maverick with a system that has a 10 under the rear seat and ample power. Can’t seem to find one on the www.

Tons of people here have either bought boxes or built their own. No need to search the www; just use the search function in the top right corner here. I'd try "sub" and check the "search titles only" box.

Power handling.
$899 budget box handles 400w. Speaker retails for $249
$999 box handles 450w and uses a $350 speaker.
$1099 box handles 500w and uses a $450 speaker.
$1399 box handles 750w and uses a $600 speaker.

I think each one actually has a passive radiator also.

but at any rate, for any brands that I am familiar with, there are more differences in the t/s parameters that makes it unlikely that 4 different model speakers would all use 0.6ft3 sealed as the ideal enclosure. ...or even work at all in that small size.

I agree. I wasn’t saying those 4 options were a sound engineering design. I was just pointing out what the differences are. And yeah, my understanding is that the box and the passive radiator are unchanged for the 4 different models, which suggests little resources went into tuning and optimization.

In my opinion, you'd be better buying a shallow mount 10-in subwoofer and either a custom-made box or building one yourself. Then installing a mono amp on your rear wall behind the rear seat.

If you don't want to build your own box you could get a ground shaker or a sound decisions that will fit passenger or driver side if you have a EcoBoost. If you have a hybrid your limited to the driver side only for a box.
