Instructions for doing a ROVP?

So if I gave my Driver's license, signed my purchase order, and paid my deposit, does this mean my COVP is completed??

Well, I can't guarantee that the dealer submitted it without being there but those are all things need to submit documents into COVP. Although, we don't need a deposit check in Kansas.

If we did the COVP when my MY22 Maverick was originally ordered in 2021, do we need to do it again if it was rolled over to a MY2023 order?

All you need is a dealer signed bill of sale with a confirmed price and that's what I got. That's a legal and binding contract when placing your order. It doesn't matter if there's a price increase as the dealer must honor the contracted price.

Can anyone post instructions on how to do a ROVP? My dealer does not know what that is and I would love to hand them a piece of paper with the instructions so they can get that process started.

What do you think ROVP stands for. I have ordered 5 Mavericks for my dealership and we have done COVP (Customer Order Verification Program) on all. Never heard of the other.

I did now. I remember that on the Bronco, never on the Maverick. Bronco was its own deal probably because of the reservations required. Over 2 years later and some still not built

Go to 403 Hogan Rd. in the 04401 and demand to speak to Otis Soohey. Ask him why your green pea does not know how to enter information into the Customer Order verification Program.

Let us know when you have a DORA and co-signed buyer's order.

I'm not near Bangor, but nevertheless as I posted earlier in this thread I have a COVP tracking number and a printout of the preview sheet with the sales code, order number, and details of the order placed, so I believe I am all set.

The confusion causing my original post was between ROVP and COVP mentioned in the memo from Ford, and differences between the Mav order process in 2022 vs 2023 model years. Reading through the thread helps to clear things up.

Short version, if you have a COVP for the 2023 model year you should be all set as I understand it. ROVP is not being used for 2023 models. Hopefully this helps anyone else coming across this thread.
