These don’t run as Drl on the lariat bc it HAS the signature led…only flash as a turn signal.

Yeah you were saying the reason to keep them on the lariat is because they're brighter, look better, etc. I was trying to agree and say that having the turn signal act as a drl on the lariat would be overkill anyway

You are probably right. Thanks for helping me see it in another perspective. Yes they do look more modern and sharp

Switchbacks do not work the same in Lariat without DRL wired to run when turn signals are off. They will just flash amber with turn signals and be off otherwise. I used the non Switchback on my Lariat for that reason. Also be sure to get the Standard socket not CK socket.

If you want to part with them, I'd take them off your hands. Lasfit does not ship to Canada.

If you are getting them for the Lariat just get the amber, you don't need to switchback because you already have DRL across the top of your headlight assembly. They are super bright and install in a snap. The XL and XLT use the turn signal as the DRL, so the switchback works with them.

Looking to get these switchbacks for when my XLT maverick comes in. Will they stay on during the day kind of like the top of the lariats do? If so will heat be a problem for the headlight lense especially while on long drives? Last will the leds effect anything with the trucks wiring?
