I ordered the Lasfit for my Larait. However, when I turned on the flashers, they blink out of sync. Clearly one of the bulbs is screwed up. Lasfit is sending me another pair of bulbs. I just ordered the Amber turn signal, because I already have LED signature DRL's. Just a head up, but you may want to make sure you test your with the flashers and not just the blinker.

These suckers are BRIGHT!!!

I ordered mine since December(before my Mav arrived) and still haven’t gotten it. My question is will it work for a Lariat trim?
Switchbacks do not work the same in Lariat without DRL wired to run when turn signals are off. They will just flash amber with turn signals and be off otherwise. I used the non Switchback on my Lariat for that reason. Also be sure to get the Standard socket not CK socket.

You aren't kidding. They light up reflective signs in mid day sunshine! Also, at night, they turn the darkness into amber colored daytime.

I also installed in the rear brakelight/taillight Alla Lighting LED WTY21W/7W's. They are super bright and more visible through my honeycomb smoke tint taillights than the standard OEM bulbs were through the untinted lenses. I am not having any hyperflash issues with these, braking or turn signal. I also have Alla Lighting LED WT21W backup bulbs that I installed the day I took delivery of my Maverick.
Just checking the link you have on there for the tail lights... you got the red ones, not the white? Also, just to make sure when you say no hyperflash, does that include the indicator in your gauge cluster?

My biggest worry is that I get screwed over like I did with my Mustang... A few years back I had the AC evaporator core replaced under warranty, and after that I had tons of electrical issues. I was almost certain they pinched a wire when they took my dashboard apart. The dealer found a faulty BCM and blamed my LED turn signals as "causing an over voltage" and subsequently blacklisted my car for the issue in OASIS. I had inspected the LEDs, which were high quality ones and there were no signs of defect. To this day I think the dealer's claim was crap, and the repair cost me $1200.

I just want to make sure if I swap out the bulbs, I get ones that won't mess with the electrical system or indicate a fault in any way.

Piss off oncoming traffic? Its a turn signal. The stock bulbs are adequate. To each his own. Good luck with them.

I got the white ones. I feel white provides more clear lighting and intensity in a red lens than red ones. Just my preference.

I now have about 850 miles on them. No hyperflash anywhere so far. Not outside in the actual signals. Not inside in the instrument cluster signal indicator flashing. No hyperflash anywhere. No warnings appearing in the center instrument cluster screen. Nothing. All good so far in a week and 850 miles. They are also not throwing any error codes.

I have no idea what any long term effects will be. Whether they will cause any issues or warranty problems. They are so fast and easy to install, you could keep the OEM bulbs and pop them in if you ever brought your truck in for electrical warranty issues. I kept mine.

And one final caveat, I never recommend people modify their vehicles. I just am reporting what I have done. I also do not give financial advice to my friends and family. I don't want to be personally responsible if something goes wrong. I am willing to guinea pig my own. :)

NOTE: I have a LARIAT. There have been reports that non Lariats might hyperflash when the headlights are on.

I appreciate the response! I went ahead and ordered the red versions, so we'll see (eventually, when I get the truck). I'm building a small box of parts for completing right after delivery including "LED all the bulbs", and I got the auto-dim/homelink mirror, both functions I really would miss from my Mustang (other than HD Radio which will be a lot more difficult to figure out).

Yep, I said exactly as much up above. There is no real advantage to spending the money upgrading them. I want all LEDs. I now have them. There is no appreciable difference in performance. Yet I feel very satisfied I changed mine.

Well except my taillights/rear turn signal/brake lights. Since I smoked the lenses, going with a higher intensity LED bulb was warranted. They are now as visible or slightly more so than OEM in non smoked lens.

If you hardwire the mirror to the map lights, let me know how it goes. I am considering doing that. But I am not going to buy one off eBay until I see someone install it that way.

to add to this...ive has lasfit and vleds in my Subaru for 9+ years...zero issue, zero errors or warning lights, only time I've ever replaced them was to go brighter, not bc they failed, no issues at the dealer which is where I get all my service done

Like I said...to each his own and good luck with it. We are all entitled to our opinion. If it offended you ...too bad.
