Infotainment system on Lariat same as other XL/XLT or sync 3 ?

Hi All.
I have a base Lariat and would like to confirm if my inforainment system should be same as other XL/XLT or sync 3? Is sync 3 only as an upgrade package?
It seems that mine is not sync 3. Just want to confirm.

Sync 3 is a feature of Lariat Luxury Package.

All other Mavericks get the inferior base Connected Touch Radio unit.
