What’s everyone getting for interest rates through Ford? I’m seeing for my area that there’s 2.9% for 60 months in my area, but not sure if my dealer is giving me that. I also got a $750 coupon from ford in the mail. They said they were using the incentives from July 2021 when I ordered. I’m pretty sure they can’t do that? They said since they were using that rate, they couldn’t use the $750? Any got some advice?

I’m in Iowa if that helps anyone? Is Dcu in Massachusetts? Is that one the you’re referring to? Or does dcu mean something else?

IN-CENT-IVES?

What's that?

I think I remember my grandparents talking about those, way back in the day. That must have been before new vehicle scarcity and the big flood.

According to the video stream from the fordvideoguy you have two options - use the incentives and finance rates at the time of ordering or use the incentives and finance rates at the time of purchase. You can't mix them up. See the stream recording - https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/f...-understand-maverick-hybrid-scheduling.10030/. I don't remember exactly where he discusses this but I think around the 2/3 mark, after his main topic.

Thanks for informing me (us) about the 1.24% option from Digital Credit Union (DCU); I'm in Bristol, CT and close enough to visit a branch if needed.
Just signed up online and selected to join the Reach Out for Schools Non-Profit for $10 per year.
1.24% is well worth donating $10 per year to me.

Ford is offering 2.9% rn. I was able to get 2.25% from a local bank. In January Ford was offering 1.9%. That would’ve been nice. I also used the coupon for $750.

I ordered on 7/8/21 so I was able to get the option of using those interest rates, which I ended up taking the 0.9% @48 months and foregoing the $750 coupon. I was able to get pre-increase pricing, which was about $340, so I thought that was the way to go. Thanks everyone for the posts and recommendations.

I did read it as being a one-time-charge, even better.
Have a question for you OB1e, if you know, DCU requires a Plus Member checking account with a direct deposit to get the 1.24%. Do we have to use that account as the monthly payment account, or can we just direct deposit $10 a month and use another bank account for payments?

Where would a guy get $750 coupon/incentive? Some marketing email I need to sign up for? Haven’t gotten any thing in the mail. Maybe it’s just a rolling promotion Ford has going?

I’m not sure exactly how or why I got it. Since it was 7 months since I ordered mine, there were plenty of times I was on ford.com comparing builds, looking at different things. That may be a part of it? I never actively looked for somewhere to sign up or anything like that. I’ve leased an escape back in 2014, and bought a new fusion in 2011, that may have something to do with it as well. I’d gladly pass it along if I could, since I didn’t use it.

Ask your dealer to check their VINCENT system for any rebates or incentives for you. Many have posted the following numbers: 38344, 38346 or 38264.

To get the full Plus Member rate they actually want you to use your DCU account as your primary bank. So supposedly within so many months it's expected that you start depositing the majority of your direct deposit or they can modify your rate.
