My IPMA has lines:

706-05-01. 6DED BC00 0029
706-05-02. 0000 0014

Your pictures do not show the above info.
I am still getting indicate lamps failure not turned on.

I double checked the codings for that 2024 hybrid VIN and it has no 706-05-01 or 706-05-02 in the motorcraft as built! Are you sure your problem is in the IPC or IPMA? If it is a Lamp Failure I would think the issue is in the BCM

This may be a dumb question but have you cleared your DTC codes? They will stay there until cleared! Im not so sure that there is a coding issue. I don't understand how you changing anything to do with the TRS mod could result in a DTC especially if you were in easy mode.. Are you sure that you don't just have a light out or something is unplugged or wrong coding in the BCM? Your indicate lamps are the turn signals. Most turn signal related things are in BCM.. Last Resort, I would take it back to Ford and say you had these DTCs shortly after the Update. I couldn't find Anything in the IPC OR IPMA about turn signals

Not a dumb question. I will see tomorrow. The codes are not for a lamp failure, they are for the coding installed to monitor for a lamp failure is turned off. I hope that makes sense. I lf the dtcs are not cleared I will take pictures.

Found this coding in the BCM having to do with "Front Turn Bulb Outage"

Problems solved!
I was trying to clear dtcs with a pocket scanner. I then found the place in forscan to clear dtcs. All codes are cleared and tsr is active. Thank you so much EONR24!🙂

BTW you can totally screw up as-builts in easy mode. My mistake was using instructions from a Lariat model for my XLT. Instructions referred to modules not installed on my Mav. The truck goes haywire trying to use nonexistent modules, which causes it to disable existing modules in an attempt to avoid damaging the Maverick. Dtcs multiplying as functions are reduced. The check engine light was blinking and the service vehicle wrench was lit up. After reverting to online as-builts for each module and erasing all dts code the truck went back to no codes, no service vehicle light, and no check engine light. The positive of this mess is I have a better understanding of Forscan. I have definitely saved a current profile with time and date added to name. I also erased all previous profiles.
