Hybrid Shudder from electric to ICE (video uploaded)

Get it documented.
Get parts ordered.
Parts take a LONG time to arrive.

I’m asking because I did get it checked and documented. They told me that it’s normal and nothing to worry about. I don’t believe them. On here to see if anyone has had it fixed. What was the issue and what parts where they to fix it?

You can’t jam on the gas when going from electric to gas or you will experience a shutter. You have to ease into the throttle.
