I have to take my mav in next month for inspection. I don’t want the recalls done because of the horror stories I read on here and Reddit after the software updates. I already told them I didn’t want them performed but is ford liable to update them regardless if I want them to be done or not?
I’m hoping they do this for me but they claim the bulbs I bought aren’t eligible. I didn’t think they made different tail light bulbs. Kinda confused myself
Yes I read your post about positioning the vents etc. yeah come to think of it. I believe I sent the ac to like 72 in the summer and 68 in the winter for heat. In her Tesla I set it to 70. Very comfortable. I don’t ever have to mess with the settings.
In my car regardless of auto mode or manual...
I never had this issue in my wife’s gmc. I always set it to 68. Never had to adjust the temp. Car was always comfortable. My wife’s Tesla is even better at this. Sound like this is a ford thing then. Automatic to me means the car will keep the temp in the cabin close to that set temp. Not...
Oh good. I’m not the only one then experiencing this issue. My work around is to just not use the auto feature unfortunately. I just use the fan speeds and turn the temp down. Literally turning the heat down to 65 on fan 1 split between face and feet setting when driving for a while to not get...
Ok so this is really strange. I think when I remote start my car with my phone it gets really hot like I mention. Today I took the car out for a drive, colder than yesterday, remote started my car with my key fob. Car temp on my gage was reading closer to 72 degrees the entire drive once the...
So I guess it’s working correctly. But I find it odd. Let’s use my temperature gage as the controlled.
When we left the temp outside was 55. Had the heat set to 71 degrees both sides. Set to auto 1. Gave read between 82-84. Depending. Kind got hot but I dealt with it to see if it would sweat...
Yes I have them synced all the time. It’s usually just me in the truck. 99% of the time. I’m taking it today to see family. I’ll see how it does today with my wife in the car.
Yes, it doesn’t matter if it’s on setting three two or one. it just continues to blow out hot air. Even if the cabin is at the desire temp or more I could turn the temperature all the way down and it’s still will blow out hot air to the point I just have to turn it off and open the windows.
Yeah I am probably going to have to stop using the “feature” because it will get ungodly hot in the car, regardless of what the temp thing I used to plug in, even if I turn the temp down to 60. It just gets hotter and hotter. Doesn’t make sense. My wife’s gmc seems to blow out hard until desired...
Hi all,
I have done a search to see if anyone else was having this issue but didn’t find much matching it. Here’s what I noticed:
When I have climate control “auto” on and set the temperature to say 71 degree's (during cold weather), the heat never seems to stop. I had a thermostat thing...
