I'm not finding an answer to this question and maybe I'm over thinking it or not fully understanding how a hybrid works. I've never had one. If the electric motor is being used part of the time does that mean the motor and the oil isn't getting up to full operation temp like a normal vehicle would to burn off some of the condition that happens in the crank case? Does it take longer depending on kind of driving you're using? Is the motor actually running while it's using the electric motor, but just using a lot less gas or something?
