Motorcraft oil is really just Conoco-Phillps. It meets all requirements of the EB engine (if you get the right kind). Full synthetic will last you longer and hold up better during extreme conditions. The big knock on MC full syn is the price. It's higher than other Full synth for the same performance (slight variations in addative pack). "Bob is the oil guy" is a good website to use for oil reports.I was more concerned if anyone knows of any tests / studies / YouTube about MotorCraft full synthetic and oil filters.
I have found a lot comparing other major brands. Just nothing to great on this.
There are numerous articles written about Motorcraft filters being very good for their price. Here is one for example:

I did see an article in which a mechanic dissected varius oil filters and the MC was among the best (in his opinion) for filter media, valve location, build quality, etc.
