Hybrid Maverick Shakes When Accelerating

My 2022 Maverick Hybrid recently started shaking when I accelerate.

When playing around to figure out when it occurs, I found a few things. It is not related to speed. While accelerating, it shakes more when it is in sport mode. It shakes more when engine is up to temp.

Vehicle has 40,000 miles.

Anyone else experience this?

Supposedly Ford has finally fixed the design flaw in the axles on the new ones.

I have the same issue on my 2023 hybrid XLT it has 33,000 miles same vibration. I never use the sport mode and it is when I travel between 50 mile an hour and 60 mile an hour.

Bad CV axle. See related threads.
Your dealer will probably take a few weeks to figure it out even when you tell them the problem as you drop it off.

Well know design flaw in the front axle CV joints of all mavericks except the Tremor version. Should be covered under warranty up to 60,000 miles. Just make sure your vehicle is stock when you take it in for warranty work.

Rather than acknowledging the poor CV joint design and then revising it, Ford would rather blame the Maverick owners for not using the stock tire size, for lifting their trucks, for lowering them, for using aftermarket mods to increase power output, etc., etc..

Original tires still on my hybrid maverick and issue started at 30k mile service done at local ford dealer. Nothing was acknowlegded and still has the issue 3,000 miles later
Same original height on my 2023 Maverick nothing raised or lowered
