I’ve seen nothing saying that from the Ford Dealers on the web site. Who knows for sure?

I'd like to believe that this is just noise, but it makes a bit too much sense. It would explain why 2.0s are being ramped up while hybrids are not. 😭

I can believe a 2nd party chip is in constraint, there are some slipping through. Once sufficient chips are acquired for a full production session they will get use a batch of transmission will be produced and we may see an entire week if pulls that are hybrids. Until then we will see those trucks who have no constraints fill slots for those that have them. Welcome to the world of BTO in a time of constraint

This is the scenario that I was imagining. I know this video is just some dude on the internet, but it makes too much sense. 😢

Seems like it might make sense. I see all these folks getting order numbers and Vin numbers. I havent heard a thing about my hybrid. Tried contacting the dealer they were no help.

EDITED: SEE MY REVISED SIMILAR POST FARTHER DOWN THE THREAD. I REVERSED A COUPLE OF NUMBERS IN THIS ONE AND IT IS WILDLY INACCURATE. @Falcon first CAUGHT THE ERROR FOR ME.

I pulled down the order spreadsheet a couple of days ago.
The numbers are approximate, but here's what I see:

OWNERS REPORTING A BUILD DATE:
Hybrid: 31 out of 419 (7.4%)
EcoBoost: 61 out of 878 (6.9%)

OWNERS REPORTING HAVING A VIN:
Hybrid: 49 out of 419 (11.7%)
EcoBoost: 18 out of 878 (2.1%)

The BUILD DATE and VIN percentages don't track. Don't know why.

Where did this come from? That's really interesting and encouraging.

Ah...try to not assume that this forum represents the population in general.
I don't.

But... since I was writing on this forum about a spreadsheet on this forum that is frequently discussed on this forum (using numbers that could not possibly apply to the thousands of orders in the general population), I didn't think anyone here would be confused by it.

I guess that was my unwarranted assumption.

The numbers are transposed, 68% of the orders are hybrid, the number quoted are reversed as if 32% are Hybrid and 68% are ecoboost.
