How much longer will 2023 Maverick production continue?

I ordered my Hybrid Lariat in October last year and if it is not built this year I am so screwed. There was no ’23 order placed by the dealer, so I am afraid I will have to order at next years ordering date in September for a ‘24. I do not want to buy another vehicle and have to sell it my existing one is in the shop right now. I was expecting to have my new truck by now. Anyone else have this problem.

You should already have an estimated build date by now if you are still getting a MY22.

Yep. Lots of us in the same situation (Oct 1, 2021 order that never got scheduled). If you currently have a VIN, then you will get a MY22. If you do not have a VIN, then you will not. Easy as that. The last MY22 VINs were given out about a month ago.

I took this from the Ford Authority page. But yeah, they're hard to read. The most important date is November 14th when they're scheduled to start building the '23s.
The same day I'm scheduled to build my '22.
Something's gotta give.

I’m also scheduled the week of Nov 14. My understanding ALL MY22 (with a VIN) will be built BEFORE MY23. So if that is true, MY23 production week won’t begin until ????????

2023 Maverick production hasn't even started yet.
Unfortunately nobody knows the answer to this question.

Latest info from the Ford dealer page shows Nov 16 as job #1 date with a balance out date of Nov 14. At this point I would take that info with a grain of salt.

I expect no MY23 scheduling before Thanksgiving. Maybe Ford surprises us, but set expectations so you don't get hopes up.

At this point, you need to contact FORD Maverick marketing to see if you have a VIN # for a MY22 - or get your dealer to tell you if there's a VIN #. The dealer can absolutely find this information out from FORD if you don't want to do it yourself. If you call FORD, you'll need your order number and sales code. If you do not have a VIN # assigned, you are pretty much screwed as the order banks for MY23 have closed. Are you sure the dealer didn't put in an order for a MY23?

So your dealer says there is no VIN #? FORD instructed the dealers to contact all customers of MY22 orders that didn't get scheduled to find out if they wanted to place a MY23 order. Did your dealer not contact you? If they didn't, I'd suggest finding a new dealer if you plan on sticking with trying to get a Maverick.
