I reserved my Maverick back in June. Still have not heard anything from Ford. I'll give Ford until the end of September to reach out to me. If I don't hear anything from them, I will lease a new Bronco instead. Or I can just take a short flight to Hermosillo and buy one directly from the factory down there haha.

Also, what is the phone number to call and check on my reservation?

Did your sales guy give you an order # ? Ford HQ will ask for that

Did you just reserve or place an order? After reservation dealer you selected was to contact you.

Probably a better idea to contact your dealer first. Did you get the initial confirmation from Ford after your order was placed with the dealer? If not, that could be a potential red flag. It may just mean they used the dealer's email instead of yours and everything is on track. If could also be worse - that they didn't actually submit your order, or ordered your truck as a 'stock' unit instead of a customer order. If ordered as stock, that could mean an extremely long wait. Worst case scenario, they didn't submit an order at all - but you should know this, and hopefully they provided you with some documentation back when you placed your order.

If by 'Reserved' you mean that all you've done is create an initial request through the Ford website, and have not worked with a dealer, then you are at square one and need to reach out to a local dealer (or find one of the dealers offering 3% below invoice, which will require travel or coordinated shipping) and actually place an order (I hope this isn't the case!!!). If you're in this boat, you'll be waiting awhile - and really wouldn't have anyone to blame but yourself in this situation.

If you did place an order with a dealer, and received the confirmation from Ford, that doesn't mean you'd have received any follow-up emails - unfortunately their notification system does not work right. I have never received any emails from Ford after the initial confirmation, but Granger (my dealer) has been good with updates - provided my VIN back in August, and I am able to track my order in the Ford scheduling tracker online.

If you contact the dealer and they have a VIN, they should also know the scheduled build week. Make sure to ask them for your order # (a 4 character # they create/assign), as you need both that and the VIN (if assigned) to track on the Ford scheduling tracker. If you have a VIN, you can also create an account on Ford.com and add it as a vehicle, where you can view details like tutorials and the owner's manual.
