In my case Zero My dealer and I exchanged many emails and texts but I had to be proactive and contact Ford Customer Service and Chat as well. Now that I have mine I get more emails from Ford than I need.

Ordered September 2022 and received 0 emails (despite giving Ford Customer Service my address). Rolled over the order in July and made sure the dealer included my email on the order. Since then I received the confirmation email and 45 day email.
