i want to autoX my truck and to do so i will need to get the height of the truck to be less than the avg track width. If you have lowered your truck, how tall is it at the tallest point. I gnore the antenna and antenna base.
I have the goodwin springs but haven't installed them yet they will be sitting until spring. My concern is the springs may not get me low enough to meet the rules, without also doing a smaller diameter wheel and tire combo.

Ford gives 68.7 as max height and that must be including antenna, base at least, the roof on mine is certainly closer to 65. Track widths f/r 63.4/62.8 so basically i need to get the height under 63".

I am instead thinking of going to coilovers, but looks like the current coils out there are more show than go. i've heard brands such as Feal and mcs maybe interested but nothing yet.

I've autocrossed for more than 20 years, never heard of such a height restriction. Boy is that odd. Seriously - your local club chapter actually measures the vehicle height? I wonder if this is stated to discourage high center-of-gravity vehicles from participating due to the chance of rollover.

I have Sillver's coilovers. They're not cheap and they're not just show. I've been super impressed with them and had great results so far. At a bit more than 3/4 of their standard model's max drop, I measure the truck being 5" lower (I measure at the wheelwell lip).

I have a different vehicle I use for track events which I tow to the track on a dolly with the Mav. Eventually, I'll probably give the Mav a try on the track but I haven't done it yet. More details on the Silver's are in my build thread in my signature. Others have shared more detail on the set up. I'll be putting together a thread with more detail on them at some point as well. They deserve it.

Truck dimensions can be seen on ford's website, and that is what they would refer to, and if i want to compete in it, i will have to prove it meets the rules.. because as stock it would not pass tech. I've been running with the same orgs for 10 years, and these are the rules we follow. This is the same reason the fiat 500(non-abarth) and the ford fiesta (non-st) are not allowed to compete if not lowered.

our local clubs use scca rules and guidelines and it's in the rules:

I'm about 62-3/4" to the highest point on the roof. I've been running goodwins springs for something like 30,000 miles so they're definitely settled.
