I've put 2900 miles on my '23 since I lowered it on 12/31. I measured the amount of drop again today and the springs have settled a bit. I'd still like it to come down 1/2" more in the front.

One thing I mentioned earlier in this thread, my 235/55R19's are SLIGHTLY taller than the stock 17's so the amount of drop is actually more than shown on my tape.

Front: 34 13/16" stock to 31 13/16" dropped.

Rear: 35 13/16" stock to 31 5/8" dropped.

I'm sharing this so others have an idea what to expect - roughly a 3" front and 4 3/16" rear drop.

I hope this helps others. Super happy with the ride and handling. Thanks Eibach, great R&D and product!

Been following your build in your other thread. So with the stop blocks u added that came with eibach do u still "bottom out" with load in the bed? Want to use my bed to haul concrete etc, but hoping lowering won't give me the rough bottoming out. Thanks!!

Thanks! It's rare that my bed isn't full of tools and equipment, typically about 200 pounds and as much as 500-ish. It's extremely rare that I bottom out, even on big bumps. Even then, it's not harsh by any means. The bump stops are supple enough that you feel it but it certainly isn't jarring.

I figured I would need to add bags to the rear, but totally don't need them.

Lower that Maverick!

Definetly want to. I'm using the following picture as inspiration.

Thank you for sharing all of info and pics, I'll probably be referencing this for my own. Those wheels are even the ones I'm wanting to go with, but probably a chrome type finish. That wheel design always catches my eye on the Escapes.

I remember the first time I saw the wheels, I knew I had to put them on SOMETHING one day, LOL.

I will advise though, my sandblaster had a NIGHTMARE removing the factory coating to get to the bare aluminum. Take that into consideration, as they're SUPER labor and material intensive.

I preferred powder but had I known I probably would have chosen paint.

Feel free to ask if you have questions, happy to help.

My Eibach Pro lowering springs were installed by a reputable shop on my 22 Hybrid. 2" drop in the front, 3.25 drop in the rear. Love the look, the ride, but have been experiencing a knocking / squawking sound at slow speeds over bumps. Eibach has been advised and are working with my concerns and others to arrive at a solution.

I'd suspect that the springs aren't clocked correctly in the pockets.

The struts were pulled a second time by the shop, photographed for Eibach to indicate they were clocked and positioned correctly with a second alignment. I have been advised by Eibach that they are working on my concern as they have been contacted regarding the same complaint.

@daddio211 got any photos of the lowered maverick with a heavy load in the bed? I'm wondering if you run into any issues with 1,000lb in the bed?
I haven't had that much weight in the bed, yet. I use my other pickup for heavier stuff. If I end up with a load heavier than 500 lbs I'll post a pic.

I can tell you that if I was to carry heavy loads regularly I'd probably throw a pair of universal bags inside the rear coils, something like an Air LIft product.
