Can someone out there, bored, with some Photoshop skills mock up a hood scoop light bar for the Maverick if there isn't one out there already that I couldn't find? After a trip down the Washington coast last night I am making my next priority some extra lights.

I was thinking of something that could be mounted in the grill area since it seems so open there.

Someone here put some 1" led strips in the grill. I'm probably going to mount a light bar or a couple of pods to the bumper cover bottom hardware. But I thought about the scoop tonight and figured it might be worthwhile. Unlikely something I'd do but possible. At least the scoop would be functional lol

Did you see this thread where the owner put a functional scoop in his Maverick?

Don't have a Mav yet. But I know what has worked for me in the past... too bad there's no sport scoop.

I'm not sure I'd refer to that as functional. I mean sure it's going to put some air in the engine bay but if the CAI were routed to it I'd call it functional. Definitely gets more points than Ford's accessory scoop that just sticks on with 3M tape. I love what he did for fog lights.
Yeah, perhaps I should've clarified functional. Since it wasn't just sitting on top of hood and was actually a hole allowing air in the engine compartment that was functional, however I'm not sure it's useful.
