that’s rightso you don't think someone on a 100% private road should be allowed to turn a light on in the back of their truck? that's insane
How can you defend this position?that’s right
Always check the back seat and rear bed for killers.so i can see in the bed at night???
This ain’t debate club. Just keep your eyes on the road. Simple. How can you defend this position?

not sure a mag light would be very good as it probably wouldn't shine through the rear window very well. plus the difficulties in using, aiming and looking with a mag light while driving. when if there was a button i could press it and just look through the rear view mirror quickly to glance. You would need to come up with the wiring schematic for that circuit, and switch it over to a switched hot vs. it's current path. Probably not hard once you know what wires to address.
The quicker/easier solution would probably be to carry a nice Maglight or similar.
How are you going to see in the bed while you're driving? The truck doesn't let you keep the cargo lights on once the speed reaches a certain point. Is there anyway to turn this off? I know it's illegal to drive with the cargo lights on but if there's nobody behind me shouldn't it be my own personal choice to turn them on for a second if I want to see in the bed while driving?
Just giving him a hard time. It’s not that big of a deal. The lights don’t come on, there’s no need for him to make it into a bigger deal than it is.I can't roll my eyes any harder at your presence in this forum and specifically this thread.
Find your glorious purpose elsewhere.
