My local dealership called me yesterday saying the factory is building my truck in the next few days and they expect to have it by early July. I placed try order sometime in mid September. Hybrid XLT with Co-Pilot 360, spray in bed liner, bed extender, in cactus gray.

Nice! A September hybrid with at least two constraints… there is hope. I didn’t get the April 13 e-mail from Ford and didn’t hear anything from my dealer so I contacted Ford customer service this week and learned that my November EcoBoost XLT CP360 was assigned a VIN and scheduled for build the week of May 23. Hang in there… things are looking better.

I wondered about that too. If it is built by April 30, why are they saying two full months for delivery? Are the neighbors Mr and Mrs Claus ?

My exact truck except color... and I ordered a week or two sooner, called two days ago, and no build date yet. Ford lied about schedule change.

The Ford dealership is relatively small but the owner has managed to purchase every dealership (Ford, Chevy, and Chrysler) in town plus many more in the area and some in other states so from that standpoint I consider it to be quite large. Tim Short is the owner.
