Actually I have good reason to believe the Maverick has been reliable and essentially trouble free for most people that buy it. This forum is over populated with the people with issues and lots of them are really trivial.

People used to come here because they were waiting and waiting for their truck now they come because they might have an issue of some kind. Lots of people don’t even know about this forum because for one they are not waiting all that long anymore and secondly they are not having issues.

I was at the gas station a couple days ago and this young guy was filling up his 23 hybrid Mav. I asked him how he liked it and he said he loved it and was not having any issues. He did admit to being rough on it and it looked it so it’s not being babied for sure. He goes off the road with it quite a bit. I asked him if he had heard of this site and he said no he hadn’t. Of course he had no long super wait for the order and no issues.

Mine is a hybrid 23. I have had 3 recalls. All software related. Zero issues. I’m here because I was on the waiting list for over a year. I’m glad I waited.
Yup, don't think I would sell my 23 hybrid, 27000 miles for less than 40,000. I paid 27,000 with a couple options.on this mornings 77 mile trip I got 49 mpg. Yes it was hilly and I didn't drive over 68.

Three software recalls. They came to my house to fix.took 15 min each time.

Basic XL hybrid with moonroof as only option. About 20k on Odom. Carvana offers 24k. Is this a good deal?

So you get a 2025 model year with almost no miles on it. Probably with fewer recalls. For $2-$3k more = The one you sold only cost you $125 per model year months. Seems like no brainer to me. Note the hybrid XL without all the go wrongiee thingys sell for more percentage wise = as long as that's sell every few months.

I have the Maverick for 2 years now so 20K miles is below average I would say. Plus I already paid off the Maverick so I don't owe $$ for it. Had 0% interest but decided to pay off early thanks to GameStop.
I have 2.25% 5 year loan on mine and thanks to different stock I have $23,300 still owed on my 100% otd maverick loaded first edition loan invested in yet a different stock paying 21.3% dividend on my purchase price. Kept loan as much for credit line experience. Hard to keep score up if pay cash all the time plus the 19.05% profit on the payoff balance is nice also. Not even counting the 30+% increase in the price of the stock. Main regret is not taking 7 year loan out but it would have been at 3% or so.

I'm not getting another Maverick to those who are asking. I might put the profit into GameStop or AMC and watch it fly to the moon. Cash out when it goes on the upside again. Gotta love them meme stocks.

If you get 25 I would think you’d get 360 camera at least .. or what’s the point ?

I would prefer the 360 and all safety features and the insurance discount will go a long way in paying for them but the resale every 12 or 24 months will most likely make it an expense. The main question is when will cheaper per mile transportation be available. I am thinking 27 or 28 model years. (Earliest). Notice that inflation will cover up perceived P&L but what you are doing is having the newest possible item whatever power source it uses. Plus minimizing repairs while under warranty. Some choose the lease route though it's more expense.

If I plan to get a 25 I plan on keeping for 10 years . The 360 camera is the only safety feature I wish I could add to my 22 . Guess we will see what prices look by July
