I have had every recall completed on my ‘23 Lariat hybrid. It runs great

Up to date on all recalls, including the latest BCM update. My dealer came over with the mobile service truck and did it with the Maverick parked in the garage. No issues.

Anyone get the tail light recall done yet? I just called my dealer and they said to bring it in tomorrow but not sure I want to be the first victim i mean customer.

Which tail light recall?!? I did the first one where they fixed the indicator that determines if a light goes out. Today I just received notice of a new taillight recall something about the lights miraculously turning off on their own for no reason. Apparently it is another software issue.

Haven't done them yet. Too paranoid about the Ford guys screwing up my zero problem truck.

Man yea that's tough, I would get the recalls done regardless as you are still in warranty and the work being done is free. Ford just released another recall for the Hybrids on May 3rd to address the problems caused by previous recalls so maybe that will solve any issues. The problem with not doing recalls is in the event that your vehicle IS affected and it causes death or injury... YOU are held liable NOT Ford. It can also negatively affect the resale value of your car if you decide to sell it with an open recall. Worst case scenario you go the lemon law route.

All recalls are done free. A recall is an admission they sold you a shoddy product that needs fixed.
