    Up to date on all recalls, including the latest BCM update. My dealer came over with the mobile service truck and did it with the Maverick parked in the garage. No issues.

    We had a bent beak event as well. Some nut job changed lanes at a high rate of speed into my wife's 2022 XLT. it was a $7500 fix. Cost us $250. Our dealer took it right in and had it back to us in less that 3 weeks. Looks like new.

    My dealer sent there mobile service to our house in late February to do the software updates and, we have had no problems following the service.

    Just completed the update. It took all of 12 minutes. Soft restart was required. then verbal confirmation was given.

    The real story is that the rotary shifter was designed jointly with Ford and Jaguar, when Ford owned them for the debut of the 2007 Jaguar XF.     Our XLT Lux, 360, Hybrid was built 7/5/22 and it showed up to the dealer (Florida) yesterday 8/3/22. We will be picking it up on Friday 8/5/22.
