Yep.
It has happen on past cars I've owned, when I've overfilled the tank.
After driving a bit, 20-30 miles the gauge would go back to full.
We've owned several cars with capless fuel tanks Ford Escape, Maverick. The engineers have it designed to where they don't leak.
The solution for me was.
I learned to stop filling after the first click of the nozzle. I haven't had an instance since.

Yes I know they don’t have gas caps but gas is coming out of somewhere nothing underneath of truck
Think about the amount of gas you're talking about, from Full to a quarter? That would be a lot of gas to just disappear or evaporate.
Specially if none of it was on the ground.
1. How many times has this happen?

2. Is this a current situation?

3. If it is currently happening. How many miles have you driven since you filled the tank?

If you don't see any fuel on the ground, then nothing is coming out of anywhere. Unless you are nasally challenged, you and everyone around you will smell a spill that size.

Try fueling somewhere else next time where the pump shut-off might not be calibrated exactly the same. Most likely you are filling it to just past the threshold between those levels according to the truck. My motorcycle is notorious for dropping its gauge below "F" within minutes, unless I sit there for a while topping off.

It would also be helpful to know how much fuel you are putting into an empty-ish tank.

Yes it is a current problem happens every time I fill it up until first click drive about 300 miles before filling up. Gauge goes from full to three quarters pretty fast don’t smell any gas while driving nothing under truck

I fill to the first shut off click, then I slow fill til the second click then stop, that’s only about two tenths of a gallon btw.
No problems at all.

Two questions here.
Are you driving a Lariat?
Do you reset your mileage when you fill up?
