Funny times to get attention

I keep getting asked the same questions by friends and family:
"Didn't you order a truck like 10 months ago?"
"Why are you still driving your car, do you own both now?"
"Did you cancel your order?"
"Why do you look sad all the time?"

On a trip to Colorado I did get stopped 4 times with questions/admirers. So I took this pic.

Was at in out Burger in Kingman Arizona when I came out there was several people around my Maverick and wanted to talk about it . also while we were talking a gentleman that had brand new black Z71 Chevy Crew cab stopped and talk to me about it and said he was going to get one just for driving around so he would not put miles on his Z71 asked what color and he said black definitely.

Saddest part is when I tell them that it’s too late to order a ‘22 or a ‘23.
Downcast look just breaks my heart!

This aint a funny story. It's kind of a horror story.

In my garage working one Saturday and I hear a voice, "Hey neighbor, how you like your Maverick?"
WHOA!!!!!
Dude down the block (who I have never met) blindsided me , scared the shit out of me....then spent an hour (literally) asking questions but then talking over me about what he is gonna order.

So I gave him my keys to get him away from me.

Comes back, whips my ass again till I tell him I have to work. Now every 2-3 weeks he just shows up at my door or in my drive talking to me all about his order and stuff.

Driving me flipping nuts.

yeah that would irritate me. I've only had one neighbor come over, but new housing area so we've all met anyway.
