Front plate bracket hole fix / fill ideas?

So, totally forgot to tell the dealer when my Maverick arrived to not drill into the bumper and mount the front license plate bracket. Was wondering if anyone had some good tips in filling those holes in. Thanks!

I left it, but if I needed to fill it, I would have used a colored plug (using touch-up paint) to fill it.
