just started at 33k miles , worse on acceleration , seems pretty good at times on smoothe highway. tires look good and similar tread no cupping
will probably try alignment and balance . any way to check axles?

Probably your CV Axle(s). You can check for grease seeping from the boots, and, once safely jacked up and on jack stands, you can check for excessive play in the axles. Listen for clunking or popping noises as well.

Honestly, given you're under warranty I'd just get it in ASAP for them to look at.

This sounds like a problem that a recall mentioned about the halfshafts going bad. It involves premature wear of internal roller track components. If there is vibration upon acceleration, the halfshafts are going bad. That's pretty much what the recall said. Mention that when you take it in. There may be a recall number but it would take me a while to look it up.

For reference - model year 2022 .. not sure of the OP's year (guess '23)

Would expect (hope) this or another CSP to cover model year 2023 next and then 2024 that had the older "NZ" part number for CV axles.
