Greetings. I promise I searched this forum and the interwebs before bringing this issue here!
Just received 25 lariat hybrid that I ordered back in January and so far I'm enjoying the ride!
In the FordPass app v. 5.20.0 on Android, I've got an orange dot over the service tab. However, when I go through all of the different options on the service tab, such as Maintenance Schedule, Service History, et al there is nothing informing me of what other the orange dot is all about. See screenshot. There are no alerts on any of the screens in the vehicle as well.
I've uninstalled the app, cleared cache, hit the turbo button on my computer, and whispered the app some sweet nuthins.
