Got it. 10/5 Hybrid XLT order with hitch only. This is a mass email to apologize & say they’re trying to get our trucks to us. I appreciate it.
Maybe the emails could have been more personalized to our specific orders, but I’m not sure how much IT wizardry that would have taken.

I’d pay special attention to the wording differences of the 2nd paragraph from the First Edition emails and the others.

What would you have preferred they do? You wanted communication and got it. Are you just insulted because you received communication but it wasn’t what you wanted to hear? Your truck isn’t ready for build. At least you know they have your order.
I've had my order confirmation email for months now. I've called a few times to verify the order with customer service(as we all can). This email only proves I'm part of a distribution list - nothing more. I want Ford to tell me what they are doing to mitigate the issues, what I can specifically change with my order to help with that. If I do change my order - what can they anticipate for scheduling. How many allocations have been released/will be released when for my region. How many actual orders have been filled and at what rate for my region and overall? I want to be treated as a customer, not an order #.

Yep - lol had been ordered back in August . I guess they waited until they’re stock prices fell before they let me know this is going to be a ridiculous wait .

No worries, bought a Colorado instead.

I haven't been calling/writing Ford or the dealer since placing the order for my Lariat Lux Hybrid on 10/5. It is what it is in terms of wait. I know hounding the dealer and/or Ford isn't going to speed things up and I'm not really in a hurry. If it is a 2022, good. If it's a 2023, fine.

My issue with this email is that it says "A change.." - now I suspect that it says this because Ford's system "touched" the order. But no communication would have been preferable to a subject line of "change" and a body of an email listing no change.

I essentially would like some clarification as to whether my truck will be built to my specs or if they're going to cut things. I am only buying the Maverick as I built it. So it would be nice to know if that is not going to happen so that I can move on and order another vehicle and get the ball rolling elsewhere. This email did not clear that up at all.
