Got one as well! (Feels like I should print it and frame it) Also the first thing I have heard in over 6 months. I have not even heard from my dealer unless I have contacted them so it’s a relief to at least hear something from someone. I do have a 1st edition so at least I know I should get it this year sometime.

Just got off the phone with Kim from Ford customer service. She must have been glad I wasn't some jerk yelling at her because she was absolutely hysterical about all these people calling in. She said everyone got the email because everyone who was left in the dark was calling in, and Ford was looking alleviate some of the calls.

everyone is pissed! ford doesn't have it together we were promised fall 2021 and i don't anticipate my car till "maybe" the end of this year and I ordered it in June. this email is soooo lame
