Ford remote start and security perimeter module -- anyone try?

Has anyone tried Ford's remote start and security perimeter module? It's supposed to work on Maverick Eco and Bronco Sport.

I haven't, but if you just want remote start, Start-X works great and uses your existing key fob. Hit LOCK>UNLOCK>LOCK to start.

I did on my 23 XLT hybrid. Glad I did. Works great.

Same, put it on my '22. Works great, 10-minute install and setup and improved security system.

Easy install. Works good if you are in range. I always use my app, tho.

I use it all the time. It uses your original key fob, nothing extra to carry. Just press, Lock--Unlock--Lock. Until the recent Ford pass upgrade, I used to get a notice on the Ford Pass that the perimeter alarm had been set off.

I use it. The shock sensors is a nice feature. I was at the UPS store shipping a box and it alerted me when a lady had bumped into me. No damage, but it works!

I have one on my truck, and have installed literally thousands of them at the dealership I work at. They work well and install easily. If you don't mind carry a separate one button key fob you can extend the range quite a bit with the antenna add on.

I bought one for a great price from ebay. Works great, super easy to install and set up. Improves alarm system. I use this most of the time because it's faster than launching the ford pass app for remote start.

My 22 2.0 EB Lariat came with it. Works great!

Ozarkbeard, I just bought the Start-X for my 2023 Maverick Hybrid XL. I bought it from Ebay but it didn't come with installation instructions. Do you still have your copy? Or do you know where I can get a downloaded instruction? I went to Start-X website and it will not accept an email correspondence with the order number. My Ebay buy was second -hand. Ron
