Mine is still miles to empty. I don't know if there is a setting.

Mine still shows MILES in the upper left corner of the Vehicle screen.

I'd much rather it tell me gallons than miles. For some reason, Ford likes to change things for the worse.

Because you are in a test group that was given a different display, perhaps among other changes too?

Just need to report you don't like it.

Oh - not on here, we don't work for Ford app division.

Now - I haven't bothered checking for some time, but originally the manual and service interval info was taken out on upgrade in like May - I see the maintenance interval is back now.
So thanks for making me look for differences.

Correct, no setting for it.
If you are in a test group - app may have a way to provide feedback, without telling you you are in a test group.

How full is tank - just have a fillup recently?
How long have you had truck?
Have a recall update done lately?

I'm thinking if a nearly full tank - it may wait to give Range figure until they have a good figure of your avg MPG to use in the math.

Or if you had a recall done with update to a module that held that avg MPG figure, it could be wiped out, and so app won't use a default value, so it's going to wait.

Mine reads Range, and I'm at or below 3/4 tank currently. Hybrid. US market.

No recall lately but app updated and then it changed to new format

Mine says %full, no DTE anymore.

And, when I just opened it the app said Vehicle Is On when it was actually parked in the garage. When I hit the Open Door button it did work and then the status changed to Vehicle Parked

The app shows percent full on the gas, yet my watch continues to show miles til empty. I am truly blessed. It’s like having the best of both worlds. Insert eye roll.

Until a couple of days ago, mine showed mileage . Now it shows %. I hate it, I called customer relations and asked the lady what was going on, she had no answer. She apologized, for the problem. I told her I what my mileage back. She had no answer.

Oh just opened Android app since last week - "The New Ford App".

Mind you I already had the new app as most have discussed - just showed range instead of level.

"Updated Controls
For our EV drivers, we've updated remote start to a fan icon to indicate the activation of the cabin climate system. Tapping the icon turns the vehicle's climate system on and off."

Comprehensive Health Status is the same - had that for months now.
Share Access with Family & Friends - "easily accept and manage access to your vehicle" - never used it if even there before, not likely to use it now.

Google Maps - "you can always control your privacy settings and permissions" - ya Google's side of it like before.

And now I have Fuel Level %. Kinda liked range better I think. Oh well, not used much.

And the slide for remote start is exactly as it was - no fan icon, just normal power button icon you slide. Tried it on, then off. No fan icon appeared.
Nothing else has changed.
