Ford Pass app for Android doesn't show fuel level

My Android Ford Pass app doesn't show fuel level, but my wifes iphone app does. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling app. Also removed cache and force stopped it. Any help would be most appreciated.

My fuel level was not working either, MY25 AWD Hybrid. I cleared the cache memory and checked for an updated version, it loaded version 6.18.0 and is now working.

I installed the app on my ipad. So now I have an android and and apple both connected to my truck. Neither work.

I get a message that says I need to enable remote connectivity as shown in this picture.

When I follow the instructions in my truck and enable connectivity, I get a spinning wheel for about 5 seconds then the screen goes away. There is something definitely not right. The tech support lady walked me through the same things and she said she could not see my modem. Really confusing. And I’m a techy guy.

If it is not showing, update the app, it will show. The latest update fixed the issue.

Sometimes the change to weekly only checks is interesting.
Like last check the day before an update!
I will say - of the 9 updates I had waiting - the Ford server was the fastest for downloading their 19 MB size.

@Bob zimmerman - have you checked the website access method to see if the modem is allowing the truck to report anything to Ford?
Leaves the truck setup for App access and App out of the picture.

ETA: I didn't need to clear cache or anything.
But they also redid the calcs for the OLR section.
Old version said 6900 miles remaining for the 53%, update now says 6700.
My personal calc estimates 6200.

My Ford pass app is a mess too. On Android.

It shows location and washer fluid level, nothing else.
I deleted and reinstalled app. No change.
Called Ford tech support, they said my modem is bad in the truck and to take to dealer. Sigh.

I have a few recalls to get done so I’ll have them look at it when I bring it in.

Because when I called and told them about the fuel/mileage reading the same on both cars. They said we are aware of the issues going on within the app.

He does have a different issue it appears - until he proves Ford actually does have the data.

So true - obviously it's already getting a feed from the BMS regarding Voltage and SOC%.
I can see why they wouldn't want to display the horrendous SOC% many would see. Cause extra calls.
But when 12.1 V is reached and normal battery saver mode is about to be enabled - at least announce that, before it gets to the Deep Sleep Mode.

Plus - that would make it easy to see if a parasitic drain is happening.
Got dinged at 12.1, got dinged again at 11.5 - within 45 min - problem!

My Android doesn't have any issues I wonder if everyone has outdated phones or aren't doing updates
