Ford Chat?

The presence or absence of the chat button, other than when chat is "closed" overnight, is 100% dependent on if Ford thinks you accepted all their cookies and disclaimers. Combined with also saying the website can track your geographical location. You basically have to get the website to say "can we track you" and you have to say yes. And you also have to get the site to ask you about accepting cookies. You have to say yes to that as well. If your web browser has stored answers for either of those questions that they don't like, no chat button. If you say "no" to any of them, no chat button.

I have confirmed this many times by answering the questions in various combinations.

Im almost always shirtless indoors and they probably had to turn off the camera on my laptop Must be why they wont chat with me. Its hard too with Hawaii time.

Scroll down the page just past where it says "Chat". There will be a blue box that says "Start Chatting". Click on the blue box and a chat box will open on the right side of the screen. when prompted, type your message.

Turn off any pop-up blockers. I also use a Pi-Hole and had to bypass it.

Some browser won't work when trying to pull up Ford Chat. I have to use Edge browser as Google and Duck Duck won't give me the chat button.

My experience exactly. Firefox wouldn't show the box. Had to use Edge.

I used the Edge brower, Chrome did not work. That fixed the problem.
