I tried as well, but figured after 3 weeks of Not Scheduling, too much internet traffic must have brought down the site. Hopefully the entire Fraud Motor Company crashes.

I just chatted with them last night weird and can't get on the other one to check status of my order

Yep, no chat. Now in the dark for sure. Not sitting on hold all day

It may be mandatory break as we approach the 4th. Ford mandated all employees hourly and salaried take a week off many years age. Salaried take Vacation. Hourly I believe get a lay off collect 85% and keep their vacation time.

Another thought maybe the dealers cried so much about Ford chat giving out info they do not feel you need to know. Like vin, priority codes, production dates. Keep the customer in the dark.
