So I ordered the OEM bed divider from Ford.com (15% off going on for a while) using the points I got from buying the truck. It arrived in a beat up box and inside they mixed in some random metal parts (not even for Maverick) with the divider and two banged against each other and the divider got badly mangled. Anyway called customer service line and got the RMA, shipped the same day and 2 weeks later still no sign of my reward points refunded. Fedex tracking shows the package delivered the next day I shipped it. Is that a common experience with Ford accessories department?
