Received my first MY24 email from Ford today stating that my order is waiting to schedule. It has only been 20 months, we will see what kind of priority/scheduling they give to the 2 year carryovers that are priority code 2.

i got a 'sorry about the delay' email today also. i have a order # but no vin #
this is a fresh '24 MY order and not a rollover for what its worth. is it possible to track these With Ford without a vin?

I’m in the same situation (new 2024 order) and received the same email. I chatted with Ford. They advised that updates about the production build will not be available until a VIN is provided which happens when it gets scheduled.

I also have a fresh 24 order, but I’m still waiting for an email from Ford. Probably won’t see one until mid September.

Got same email as well. Sux that I had a minor issue dealer overlooked and just got COVP approved Aug28th so I have missed out on getting priority 02 status from Ford.

I got my email of disappointment today too! I'm a priority code 14 (2024 order), and I get that's not "bad," but if it's something I need to change on my order (something I could sacrifice), I wish Ford just say, "Hey, dude. If you drop this or that feature, we can bump up your production."

I'd be willing to make some compromise for the sake of the supply chain...lol

I received the same email today from Ford even after they said my 23 xlt hybrid was scheduled for production on the week of September 18, so now they are backing out of production date. I did order a 24, same truck exactly except for a $4000 dollar increase and deleted accessories, so now I will have to go back to the dealer and hope I can make it a carryover of my 23 which I feel they will never make. I am a Ford retiree with 36 years with the company and wish someone else was making a comparable vehicle so I could tell Ford to shove it. I have never seen such incompetent people running the company in my lifetime.

Can we cancel items? I made an order late last month. I ordered mud flaps, window visors, hood deflector. Can I cancel items now that the dealer has put the order in?

Got mine too, but not surprised or upset. I totally expected I was going to have to wait awhile for my 2024 order. I really hope the unfulfilled 2022 and 2023 orders are still being prioritized.
