First Edition Maverick Production and Scheduling Update

If you didn't catch it last night on my live stream, I mentioned that the First Edition will need to get scheduled in the 22MY production and that they will build them all. I also stated that Ford will probably make sure they all get scheduled in a certain week. Looks like that might be this week.

Do you have any visibility on the build schedule for the hybrid Lariat? I heard March 14 and April 18. Does anyone know for certain?

After getting my truck , I have decided to sell it with only 177 miles and go back to Full Size Truck. No more small trucks for me….And my Full Size will have a real Engine a V- 8 like I am use to …..And Yes I still my name on the Tesla list for a Cybertruck,,they will eventually produce it and it will be a Hot Rod truck (0-60 3.0 seconds)…

Several positive steps for my FE this week....Got an in production date, a window sticker, it appears my modules are being populated and I now have an estimated delivery date of 3/17/22!

I'll just ignore the likelihood of a chip hold.

Just curious; how long from the time you got the "Scheduled" email until your Window Sticker showed up in the tracker?

My initial "scheduled" email was 12/9/21 (scheduling it for the week of 1/31), then two separate push backs to 2/7 then 2/14. I believe my window sticker showed up on 2/12/22. Hope that helps!

Don't hold your breath. I'm so dissolution and disappointed. Know I'll love my truck, but this process is a beating! Cyber Orange Lariat Lux Hybrid etc. Ordered 9/7. Told I'd have her for Christmas...

Actually got my email with VIN and production date of the week of April 18. Sure hope that doesn't change!

Wow that's what you have to add ? Are you an unpaid intern ? Everyone here would love for Ford to provide ANY info on production, wait times, projected scheduling, chip shortage, Additional ADM, you know all the things our dealers didn't tell us when we ordered - Mine said Id have my truck Nov - December at the latest still don't even have a build date from August . With that "excitement" you mention there is also the "frustration" that Ford has virtually no communication to its customers ( and for me a stockholder among a big group here ) How about going back to the "Maverick Team" and let them know that many folks are disappointed in the way communication or the lack of is being handled. And for God's sake, please, in your " Official Ford Account " change the name of Mavrick to Maverick which is actually the name of the product this forum is following.

What communication? Zero since I ordered in August. None to dealer, either. I heard that things are so fouled up, the 2022’s we ordered may not be built before the 23’s are started. Dealer doesn’t know, and when I called Ford, they were non-committal. Wouldn’t confirm or deny, and wouldn’t even say if the orders for 22’s would be honored if they aren’t built before the 23’s are started. I was told that if I wanted to order a top of the line, top of the price range Maverick, I could get it soon.

"Soon" seems to have a lot variables when used by Ford!

In December, Ford told me, on the phone, I should hear about a date in 2 weeks. Nothing. Then in January, the same song and dance. Now February, got : “We don’t know anything”
