Finally got my Maverick

After 486 days my Maverick finally mine!
Ordered September 2022, and rolled over July 2023. Built December 22nd and shipped December 23rd. Picked up January 17th from Sam Wampler's Freedom Ford. They were great to work with, and even got lifetime oil changes.

I got my front windows tinted and bed cover installed the next day. Ordered the tailgate letters and hood protector too.

It’s one of the best additions. It can be a struggle to get on, but well worth it.

Ya, It is a pain until, you can get it started and the "nut" nestiles into it's slot.

Still love the HPR color. Like some other colors too, but this is still my favorite because it really comes to life in sunlight. Which is weird, because in my youth I hated red cars.

You have my Maverick's twin, Lariat HPR Hybrid. Picked mine up this past Friday. Loving it so far.

I installed the tailgate assist, but it failed on the first lowering of the tailgate. It gushed oil. After fiddling with it a few times and removing it, the strut lost almost all the resistance and I could pull it by hand with no difficulty. I have already reached out to the vendor, hoping to get a replacement shipped.

Update:
Heard from the vendor and they are mailing a new strut. Will have it by Monday and will re-install it then.
