Took delivery of my Maverick Hybrid on March 15th! Order date of July 13, 2021. Hybrid, Cactus gray, Lariat Lux Pkg, F360. I did purchase the hard rollup tonneau cover and all weather mats from Ford Accessories when they had a 15 percent discount and had them shipped to the dealer (no cost) for when my Maverick arrived.
I ordered/purchased my Maverick from Five Star Ford in Carrollton, TX (suburb of Dallas where I live). The manager (Rueben K.) who helped me order advised me to keep it simple to avoid supply chain issues. Order priority was 15 and never asked them to change it to 10 as I wasn't in a big hurry for it. I can say that I was treated extremely well as a customer -- 5+ stars. !n fact, this was the first Maverick Hybrid they had received at the dealership. They installed my accessories at no cost. I expected them to charge for it and wouldn't have complained about a $75 install charge.
They were very diligent about applying price and incentive protections back to my order date. Mine came in with a sticker of $31,755 and they honored the order price of $30,850. They honored the 0 percent financing for 36 months, and they took my $500 off incentive for being a Texas Farm Bureau member. They were very informative about other options (accessories, etc.) but were never pushy about them. Last two cars I bought were Subarus and I have always liked how Subaru dealers treat their customers. I would say Five Star Ford in Carrollton was as good or better than any dealership experience I have had.
