Fender Liner Longevity?

For those of you that have had their Maverick a while, how well do the non-plastic (I don't know what the actual material is,) front fender liners hold up to weather/rain/mud/etc?

Fine so far, but only 5000mi on mine. I've discovered that mud/sand/slush/salt sure like sticking to them though!

Weird question,if we have to be concerned about this something is wrong with our mavericks construction.i have a 52 year old Plymouth,inner fenders are fine, as they are in my 06 Pacifica,2010 caravan and 2010 ram.

I had a Bronco Sport with the fabric liners for two years and 5500 miles. the driver's front was drooping a bit and could be seen peeking out from the fenderwell. The Mav seems to have more pins in place to hold it up, so I'm optimistic.

Yes, but your 52 Plymouth fender liners weren't made out of some weird fiberboard material. I am concerned about how well they will last once they're exposed to water.

FWIW, somebody posted that Husky Liners is developing plastic liners for the Maverick.

True. But this is something we should not be concerned with.im hoping to get 20 years out of my maverick.hope Ford doesn't disappoint me.
